The Site is intended to provide information about the Contractor's remodeling services, showcase past projects (photos and descriptions), and provide means of contact for potential clients.

NO CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION VIA SITE USE: The information provided on the Site is for general informational and marketing purposes only. Your use of this Site, including submitting a contact form, does not create a client-contractor relationship. A client-contractor relationship is only established upon the execution of a formal, written service agreement signed by both parties.

3. User Representations and Lawful Use

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  2. Accuracy: All information you provide through contact forms, quote requests, or registration (if applicable) will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
